Please include the email address used at checkout and, if possible, your order number so we can locate your transaction quickly. Refund requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days after confirmation and may take up to 10 days to show back on your credit card.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through our payment provider. Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Core Product: Our refund policy applies only to the initial Core Product purchase (Idolfluence Pro), subject to the terms and eligibility requirements stated with your offer.

One-Time Offers & Add-Ons: All one-time offers, upgrades, add-ons, and other supplemental purchases are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Power User Plan: The power user plan is non-refundable.

Recurring Subscriptions: You may request a cancellation and refund within 3 days of a recurring subscription charge. After 3 days, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period is non-refundable.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are available for 60 days from the original purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
