As a JV Partner or Affiliate promoting Idolfluence and any associated products or offers by Conversion Diagnostics LLC d/b/a Idolfluence, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Earnings Guarantees
Idolfluence does not guarantee that you or any referred customers will earn any income. Any commissions earned as an affiliate depend entirely on actual sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
No Unauthorized Income Claims
You may not make any claims of potential income, guaranteed results, or typical earnings when promoting Idolfluence.
You may not imply that users will earn “easy money,” “guaranteed income,” “full-time income,” or similar promises.
You may not share personal earnings screenshots or commission numbers unless they are truthful, accurate, and accompanied by an appropriate disclaimer.
Use Approved Marketing Only
Affiliates must use only compliant language and marketing materials that do NOT misrepresent:
The earning potential of Idolfluence users
The typical results
The difficulty or level of effort required
Testimonials & Case Studies
If you share testimonials in your promotions, you must:
Clearly disclose that results vary
Not imply that testimonials represent typical earnings
Not fabricate or exaggerate results
FTC Compliance Is Required
All affiliates must follow FTC guidelines, including:
Clear and conspicuous disclosure of affiliate relationship (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”)
No deceptive or misleading advertising
No unsubstantiated claims about earnings, results, or business opportunities
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Idolfluence reserves the right to:
Disable or terminate your affiliate account
Forfeit commissions related to non-compliant promotions
Report egregious violations to the appropriate platforms or authorities
Pursue further action if your conduct creates legal risk to the company
Your Responsibility
As a JV partner or affiliate, you understand that:
You are responsible for your marketing claims
Your promotions must be accurate and truthful
Idolfluence is not liable for your statements, ads, or representations
Idolfluence does not guarantee or represent your future commissions or earnings potential
